Before receiving the parcel, please check whether it has not been damaged during transport.

Complaints regarding mechanical damage to the shipment occurring during transport will be considered only after preparing a damage report signed by the recipient and the supplier of the shipment and sending it to our address.


1. Complete the complaint form in writing. You can find the complaint form is here.

2.The complaint form should be sent to  with "Reclamacja" in the subject line. Please include your order number in the email and describe the details and attach photos.

3. Then send back together the compaint form and the product complained about to our address:

4. Complaints about the goods will be considered within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer will be informed by e-mail about how the complaint will be handled .
