Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The returned goods must be intact with tags intact. We do not accept products that show signs of use.

RETURN STEPS

1. Complete the return form in writing ( you can find the return form is here).

3. Then send it back together with the printed return form and the purchased product to our address:

3. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract and is made using the same form of payment that was selected for purchase.

• Returned products must have all original tags.
• If the tag is torn off, the goods cannot be returned.
